At SCULPT U, we offer 30 minute complimentary consultations for all clients, where a personalised treatment plan can be created for you.

You will also be able to discuss your goals and ask questions prior to commencing treatment if you book in for a package.

You are welcome to bring your children with you into the clinic. We just ask that your children please do not touch our equipment and are always supervised in the clinic.

We have an ample amount of street parking available for clients in the streets around the clinic. Majority of the available parking is not metered or timed.

We kindly ask for 48hrs notice or more when changing or canceling appointments. We do send appointment reminders via text & email prior to your appointment date and try our best to confirm your appointment with you. Failure to give more than 48hours notice for an appointment change may result in your deposit being redeemed or a cancellation fee being applied to your account.

If you are on a package, your session may need to be redeemed.  A cancellation fee will be applied for appointment no shows.

Please let us know if you are feeling unwell, so we can rebook you to another day/time. This ensures the highest level of safety for our clinic, staff and clients.

We will only treat you for EMS + EMT SCULPT whilst you are breastfeeding for safety reasons.

Packages will achieve the best results as multiple sessions are needed. While improvements are visible after a single visit, non-invasive treatments work on a cellular level which means it takes time. The BEST and most noticeable results are seen after the recommended amount of treatments.
